The solution framework considers several daily milk capacity ranges: up to 1,000 L/day, 1,000–3,000 L/day, 3,000–5,000 L/day, 5,000–10,000 L/day and above 10,000 L/day. The final configuration still depends on the cheese type and process requirements.
